Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or accessing any content on Brave Roots, Wide Skies ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

3. Free access

Brave Education is completely free for every family, school, and learning community. There are no fees, no subscriptions, and no hidden costs. All curriculum content is available to all users at no charge.

4. Curriculum licensing

All curriculum content — including lesson plans, theme maps, activity guides, Kitchen Table Chat prompts, and PDF downloads — is the intellectual property of Paul Penfold / Brave Generation Academy.

Content is licensed for personal/family or educational use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Specifically: you may not copy, share, sell, or distribute curriculum content to other parties for commercial gain. You may not use the content in a paid tutoring, coaching, or teaching service without a commercial licence.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to circumvent access controls or scrape content; share your login credentials with non-subscribers; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; upload or transmit harmful or offensive content.

6. Content accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure curriculum content is accurate and age-appropriate, Brave Generation Academy makes no warranty as to the completeness or suitability of the content for any particular child. You use the curriculum at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brave Generation Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email with reasonable notice before changes take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
