What is Brave Roots?
Brave Roots is where the Brave journey begins โ extending the same philosophy that drives Brave Generation Academy right back to birth. Five years of gentle, purposeful learning built on connection, curiosity, and the belief that it's never too early to learn in a better way.
Built on the Harvard Center on the Developing Child's research into the "Foundations of Lifelong Health", every week targets one of five SEL pillars: attachment, curiosity, identity, social connection, and confidence.
No specialist knowledge needed. No expensive resources. Just you, your child, and a few minutes of intentional time together.
Five Pillars of Early Flourishing
Secure Attachment
Activities grounded in Harvard research that build the bond between parent and child from birth.
Curiosity & Identity
Weekly prompts and play-based learning that help children discover who they are and how they fit in the world.
Early Language
Songs, stories, and conversation starters woven into every week to build rich vocabulary naturally.
Social Connection
Simple, joyful activities that help young children learn to play alongside others and navigate feelings.
Confidence
Gentle challenges and celebration of effort that help children trust themselves โ building the inner belief that they can try new things and recover from setbacks.

Nature-Based Discovery & Wonder
Learning happens through touch, observation, and genuine curiosity about the natural world. Every week includes moments for children to explore, discover, and develop a lifelong connection to nature.
Five Years. One Continuous Journey.
